Add 1 cup of PediaSure® powder, 2 cups of baking powder biscuit mix, 1 large egg, and 2 tablespoons of canola oil into a mixing bowl. Stir constantly until well blended.
Pour the mixture on the hot waffle iron. Remove the waffle carefully until the steaming stops.
Pour ¼ of batter on a skillet. Cook until golden brown then flip to the second side. Top with honey, butter or berries.
Preheat the oven to 230°.
Pour half a cup of flour, leave it aside.
Whisk together ½ cup of PediaSure® powder and 2 large eggs in a bowl.
Mix the remaining flour, 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoon of salt & pepper altogether in a bowl.
Flatten the chicken breast to ¼ thick with a meat mallet then cut into 2-inch strips.
Dip the chicken strips in flour, followed by PediaSure® mixture, then breadcrumb mix.
Place the coated chicken strips on a baking sheet, and bake for approximately 20 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with ranch dip.
Banana Smoothie
Plug in the blender and crush ice cubes.
Add sliced bananas, two scoops of peanut butter, a cup of PediaSure® powder and two spoonful’s of oats.
Blend on high power until it turns smooth.
All you need is a blender.
Pour 2 cups of PediaSure® Vanilla powder, 2 cups of plain yoghurt, and 6 strawberries to blend together.
Fill in another 6 sliced strawberries into ice-pop molds or plastic cups.
After blending, pour the mixture into the molds or cups to cover the strawberries.
Add an ice-pop stick or spoon as a handle.
Freeze of 4 hours until firm.
